Approve the Negative Declaration; <br /> 2 . Forward General Plan Map Amendment Application No. GP-93-2 to <br /> the Board of Supervisors with a recommendation for approval <br /> based upon the "Basis for General Plan Amendment" contained in <br /> the staff report; and <br /> 3 .
