The District's following <br /> dust control practices shall be implemented: <br /> a. Use of water trucks and or sprinklers as often as <br /> necessary, <br /> b. All vehicles leaving the work-site shall be cleaned <br /> as to prevent dirt and mud from reaching adjacent <br /> streets, <br /> c. Streets shall be kept free of dust and dirt, <br /> d. All trucks shall be covered, <br /> e. All internal combustion engines from construction <br /> vehicles shall be maintained and properly tuned. <br /> 4 . It is the responsibility of the applicant to notify <br /> the District in writing with respect to the actual date of <br /> construction/grading one week prior to said activities. <br /> The applicant should use file no. DP-91-20 in the <br /> communication to the District and under the attention of <br /> the planning section. <br /> R <br /> 5. Projects shall designate a person or persons to <br /> maintain adequate record keeping of mitigation measures, if <br /> applicable for the Air Pollution Control District staff in <br /> making scheduled or unscheduled inspections. <br /> The District appreciates the opportunity to comment.
