An Improvement Plan , showing drainage , dr; veway access <br /> details , on-site parking , existing and proposes utility <br /> services and grading , shall be submitted to the Department of <br /> Public Works for approval . Storm drainage shall be retained <br /> on-site , provisions shall be shown on the Improvement Plan . <br /> 2 . Encroachment permit shall be required for wort: within road <br /> right-of-way . <br /> 3 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development . The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application . (The fee is $979 . 00 per 1 , 000 <br /> gross square foot of building as "Warehouse" in the Lockeford <br /> area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted annually by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record . ) <br /> PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> 1 . Install an approved reduce pressure backflow prevention device <br /> on the water supply system(s ) . This unit must be certified <br /> yearly and the results sent to Public Health Services , <br /> Environmental Health Division for review. <br /> BUILDING DIVISION: <br /> 1 . The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Ordinance <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in <br /> the construction plans before submittal to the Building <br /> Inspection Division : <br /> a. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements ( C .A. C . , Title 24 . ) <br /> 2 . The Construction Site Plans shall indicate the following : <br /> a. Parking shall be provided for the physically handicapped . <br /> The spaces ) shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance ( C . A . C . , Title 24 . ) <br /> b . Identification signs for the parking space( s ) , including <br /> the "tow away" sign , shall be provided at each entrance <br /> or be visible from each space ( C . A . C . , Title 24 . ) <br />
