11. Section 3.1.1 of the EIR under "Soils" states that "The U.S. Soil Conservation <br /> Service has stated that the Vina and Columbia soils are Prime Farmland." <br /> 12. No response required. <br /> 13. The U.S. Soil Conservation Service has stated that the Vina and Columbia soils <br /> are Prime Farmland. Although soils may be absent in some areas, the remaining <br /> soils in these categories would be classified as Prime Farmland. <br /> The remaining comments have been noted and the EIR has been revised to <br /> reflect these comments. <br /> 14.
