No excavation is permitted into the ground water table <br /> without specific approval from the Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region. <br /> 2 . The materials from an excavation shall not be deposited <br /> into any water course nor in any contribute to the <br /> pollution thereof. <br /> 3 . Provide an approved potable water supply for all <br /> employees . <br /> 4 . Approved chemical toilets shall be provided for all <br /> employees . Toilets must be maintained in a clean and <br /> sanitary manner.
