The 100-Year Flood <br /> Elevation will be approximately 86 feet NGVD . <br /> "B" street has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet, and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 80 feet. <br /> 2ND street has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet, and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 80 feet . <br /> RECOMMENDATION : <br /> 1 . The excavation plan shall be prepared by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer and include the following : <br /> a . Detail of the access road (First 100-foot of access road <br /> shall be paved ) . <br /> b . Details of the Mokelumne River crossing . ( Any work in <br /> the river shall require San Joaquin County Flood Control <br /> District approval , State Reclamation Board Permit, and <br /> all other affected agency permits . <br /> c . Final grading plan : alternate drainage provisions , and <br /> final slopes as required by the E. I .R . <br />
