Implementation Responsibilities: <br /> -Applicant submits a plan to the County Department of Public Works for construction <br /> of the Mokelumne River crossing including a channel capacity survey. <br /> -County and State Reclamation Board review plan to ensure that constriction of <br /> channel is minimized and either approve plan or require modifications. <br /> -Applicant constructs river crossing according to approved plan. <br /> Schedule: <br /> -The plan shall be submitted and approved prior to initial project development. <br /> Monitoring: <br /> -County shall inspect the river crossing to ensure that construction occurs according to <br /> the approved plan and that provisions of the Federal Emergency Management <br /> Agency and the San Joaquin County Flood Prevention Ordinance are complied <br /> with. <br /> -County ensures that permit is obtained from the State Reclamation Board. <br /> Mitigation 3. - An erosion control plan shall be prepared and implemented according to <br /> guidelines developed and approved by the San Joaquin County Department of Public <br /> Works and the State Reclamation Board. Bridge removal and relocation shall be <br /> performed according to the guidelines so as to prevent siltation to the river. <br /> Construction shall take place during dry weather and at low streamflow. <br /> Implementation Responsibilities: <br /> -Applicant submits an erosion control plan for the project to the County Department <br /> of Public Works including provisions that will minimize siltation of the river due <br /> to removal of the existing bridge and construction of the new river crossing. <br /> -County and State Reclamation Board review the plan and either approve it or require <br /> modifications. <br /> 120 <br />
