Monitoring: <br /> -County shall periodically inspect the site to ensure the success of the dust control plan <br /> and compliance with record keeping requirement. <br /> Mitigation 2. - Equipment travel shall be restricted to dust controlled routes and speeds <br /> shall be restricted to 15 mph or less for on-site vehicles unless a higher speed limit is <br /> approved in writing from the San Joaquin County Air Pollution Control District. <br /> Implementation Responsibilities: <br /> -Applicant implements mitigation measure. <br /> Schedule: <br /> -Implementation shall occur throughout the life of the project. <br /> Monitoring: <br /> -County shall periodically inspect the site to ensure compliance with mitigation <br /> measures. <br /> Mitigation 3. - Although the Proposed Regulation VIII has not been approved yet by the <br /> San Joaquin County APCD, once adopted, the applicant shall conform to the <br /> requirements specified within it to assure that appropriate steps have been taken to <br /> control dust. The proposed requirements include demonstrating at least an overall <br /> average 75 percent reduction from uncontrolled PM-]0 emissions, preparing a dust <br /> control plan to be approved by the APCD, performing surface surveys for moisture <br /> analysis, and performing visible emission tests or evaluations. <br /> The applicant shall maintain proper records of the dust control plan which shall be <br /> available for scheduled and unscheduled inspection by the County and the APCD. <br /> E <br /> 140 <br />
