A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a <br /> grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division <br /> prior to performing any excavation or filling of earth <br /> material : <br /> a . A grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U.B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70 , Section 7006(d) . <br /> b. The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels. <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where <br /> applicable. <br /> C. Subdivision grading in excess of 5, 000 cubic yards <br /> shall comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements. " <br /> d. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans. <br /> e. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a <br /> foundation inspection. <br /> JH/mds <br />
