The driveway approach and driveway shall be improved in accordance <br /> with the requirements of the Uniform Fire Code Section 10. 207, San <br /> Joaquin County Standards F-la, F-lb, F-lc, and R-17 and the Forest <br /> Lake Fire District prior to issuance of the occupancy permit <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145. 5) . <br /> 2 . Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of- <br /> way (Development Title Section 9-1145. 2) . <br /> 3 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of the building <br /> permit application for mobilehome on permanent foundation or 15% at <br /> the time of renewal for mobilehome on temporary foundation. (The <br /> fee currently is $2 , 083 . 00 per multi-family dwelling unit in the <br /> Lodi area.
