CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> DP-87-5 <br /> SOUZA & SULLIVAN <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> a. An Improvement Plan, showing drainage, driveway <br /> access details, on-site parking, and grading shall be <br /> submitted to the Department of Public Works for <br /> approval . <br /> b. The site is located within the Master Drainage Plan <br /> design area and is subject to a Drainage Trust Fund <br /> fee of $4, 366/acre in lieu of terminal drainage . <br /> Public water and sanitary sewer service should be <br /> provided to this site if possible . <br /> C . An Encroachment Permit shall be required from <br /> Caltrans for frontage improvements . <br /> LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> a. Connect all development to the Lockeford Community <br /> Service District sewage system and water system if <br /> available, an approved public water system must be <br /> installed under permit and inspection of the San <br /> Joaquin Local Health District . <br /> b. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must <br /> be stored, removed and transported to an approved <br /> landfill site in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance #877 and #1481 and Title 2. 3 and 7 .8 <br /> California Government Code and Title 14 California <br /> Administrative Code. <br /> BUILDING DIVISION <br /> a. Fire sprinklers or area separation walls for <br /> buildings larger than 6, 000 square feet are required. <br /> MOKELUMNE RURAL FIRE DEPARTMENT <br /> a. Water supplies and hydrants are required in <br /> accordance with NFPA 1231 , and the Uniform Fire Code. <br /> DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br /> a. One-half ( 1/2) of five (5) lanes shall be constructed <br /> through the frontage on State Route 88. This would <br /> be 38 ' from the existing centerline. <br />
