Box 521 <br /> Lockeford, CA 95237 <br /> RE: DP-87-5, (18470 N. 88, Lockeford) . <br /> A Development Plan {DP) application was approved by the Planning Commission on <br /> August 13, 1986, for the above referenced premise. The following conditions <br /> imposed by the Local Health District were made a part of the approval : <br /> 1. Connect all development to the Lockeford Community Service District <br /> sewage system and water system if available. If connection to LCSD <br /> water system is not available, then an anproved public water system <br /> must be installed under permit and inspection of the San Joaquin <br /> Local Health District. <br /> 2. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, re- <br /> moved and transported to an approved land fill site in accordance <br /> with San Joaquin County Ordinance #877 and #1481 and Title 2.3 and <br /> 7.8 California Government Code and Title 14 California Administrative <br /> Code. <br /> Since approval of the DP permit included San Joaquin Local Health District conditions, <br /> you are hereby advised that the above conditions shall be met prior to utilization of <br /> the approved land use. <br /> If the decision is appealed to the Board of Supervisors, the filing fo the appeal stays <br /> the issuance of the DP permit or any other permits until the appeal has been decided by <br /> the Board. <br /> If you have any questions regarding this matter, contact Dan Guerra, R.S. , of my staff <br /> in the Lodi office at (209) 369-3621 , between the hours of 8:00 and 9:00 A.M. , Monday <br /> through Friday. <br /> Jogi Khanna, M.D. , M.P.H. <br /> District H lth Officer <br /> C• <br /> C.
