Permission to conduct inspection was granted by Tom Corralez(Store Manager). <br /> 2.)TPID certificate is posted with the other certificates in the front counter. <br /> 3.)Waste tires were counted directly. <br /> 4.) No activity observed on WTMS. <br /> 5.) Retain all waste tire logs, receipts, and manifests for 3 years. <br /> 6.) Facility only stores its waste tires at this facility. <br /> 7.) Inspection report emailed to tcorralez@belkorpag.com. <br />
