LAWSON ENTERPRISES, LLC dba WILDROSE VINEYARDS, <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> R. Lawson Enterprises, LLC dba WildRose Vineyards (Discharger) operates a winery and related <br /> wastewater treatment and disposal system at 8751 E. Highway 12,Victor in San Joaquin County. <br /> The Discharger's wastewater system is regulated by Waste Discharge Requirements Order <br /> No. 5-00-182. The Discharger has failed to complete wastewater treatment system <br /> improvements, submit technical reports, and submit monitoring reports required pursuant to <br /> California Water Code Section 13267. The Regional Board will consider whether to impose a <br /> $25,000 Administrative Civil Liability on the Discharger. <br /> A formal public hearing concerning this matter will be held during the Regional Board meeting <br /> that is scheduled for: <br /> DATE: 7 December 2001 <br /> TIME: 8:30 am <br /> PLACE: Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> 3443 Routier Road, Suite A <br /> Sacramento, CA 95827 <br /> The designated parties for this hearing are as follows: <br /> • Staff of Central Valley Regional Board <br /> • R. Lawson Enterprises, LLC dba WildRose Vineyards <br /> Only designated parties will have these rights: to call and examine witnesses; to introduce <br /> exhibits; to cross-examine opposing witnesses;to impeach any witness; and to rebut the evidence <br /> against him or her. All other persons wishing to testify or provide comments are interested <br /> persons and not designated parties. Such interested persons may request status as a designated <br /> party for purposes of this hearing by submitting such request in writing to the Board no later than <br /> 28 November 2001. The request must explain the basis for status as a designated party and in <br /> particular how the person is directly affected by the discharge. <br /> Persons wishing to comment on this noticed hearing item must submit such comments in <br /> writing to the Regional Board no later than 28 November 2001. Written testimony or <br /> comments submitted after 28 November 2001 will not be accepted and will not be <br /> incorporated into the administrative record if doing so would prejudice any party. <br /> All interested persons may speak at the Board meeting,and are expected to orally summarize <br /> their written submittals. Oral testimony will be limited in time by the Board Chair. <br />
