ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS <br /> WILD ROSE VINEYARDS <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> The following additional information is required to complete the report of waste discharge: <br /> 1) Provide any chemical analyses, metered data, or observations on the wastewater <br /> quality. Provide diagrams of the wastewater generation and treatment system. Provide <br /> a map presenting the location and acreage of the land application area where <br /> wastewater is discharged. According to Wild Rose's Operation and Maintenance Plan, <br /> submitted to the Board 4 August 1999, effluent samples were scheduled to be collected <br /> monthly and chemically analyzed for biochemical oxygen demand, nitrates as nitrogen, <br /> total dissolved solids, specific conductivity, dissolved oxygen, and pH; please submit <br /> the data collected. <br /> 2) Describe procedures to control contaminants in the wastewater. Do the processing <br /> activities result in water with elevated total dissolved solids content? <br /> 3) Describe the disposal of all stormwater and domestic sewage. Show the septic system <br /> location on a site map. Include descriptions of the septic system's construction <br /> features and maintenance procedures. <br /> 4) Describe the property lines, surface water drainage patterns, and groundwater flow <br /> direction. Provide a map which presents the locations of site buildings, wastewater <br /> disposal areas, and storage areas for solid wastes generated at the facility. Include any <br /> chemical analysis data on the surface water. <br /> 5) Provide a water balance which presents the wastewater flow and infiltration capacity of the <br /> soil. <br /> 6) Provide a site map showing the location of groundwater monitoring, or other wells on the <br /> property. Include available data on the depth of groundwater and information on aquifers and <br /> aquitards identified beneath the property. Provide information on the depth to groundwater <br /> and groundwater quality. <br /> 7) Do active or abandoned industrial, agricultural, or domestic wells exist on or within <br /> 1,000 feet of the property?
