Provide diagrams of the wastewater generation and treatment system. Provide
a map presenting the location and acreage of the land application area where
wastewater is discharged. According to Wild Rose's Operation and Maintenance Plan,
submitted to the Board 4 August 1999, effluent samples were scheduled to be collected
monthly and chemically analyzed for biochemical oxygen demand, nitrates as nitrogen,
total dissolved solids, specific conductivity, dissolved oxygen, and pH; please submit
the data collected.
2) Describe procedures to control contaminants in the wastewater. Do the processing
activities result in water with elevated total dissolved solids content?
3) Describe the disposal of all stormwater and domestic sewage.
