(Delta), is requesting your permission to commence with the <br /> destruction of three ground water monitoring wells at the above-referenced site. <br /> Well destruction procedures are as follows: Each well will be drilled out from the surface to the base <br /> of the sanitary seal which is at a depth of 5 feet in all three wells. Once the sanitary seal is removed, <br /> the 4-inch by 22-foot casing will be pulled out and the holes will then be pressure-grouted with <br /> bentonite cement to surface.
