A Soil Contamination Workplan and Soil Remediation Proposal will <br /> be submitted by (date) <br /> OR <br /> A Preliminary Report will be submitted to San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health'Division and the Central Valley Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board by (date) <br /> B. Option 1. The new tanks shall be' installed in ''a :new' an-site <br /> location .in an uncontaminated area.: . <br /> OR <br /> Option 2.
