Work will begin on July 5, 1990, and will include
the abandonment of three ground water monitoring wells to a depth of 22 feet below grade. The
wells will be properly destroyed by removing all material within the original borehole (including the x
well casing, screen, filter pack, and annular seal). This will be performed by use of a hollow-stem
auger drilling method. The created borehole will be appropriately sealed with Portland cement with
5 percent bentonite. The seal material will be trimied and pressure grouted.
If you have any question regarding this project, please contact Jim Brownell at (916)III 638-2085.
II F
Sincerely, ilrlls
DELTA ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANTS, INC.
