Shell Oil Company agrees to remediate <br /> contaminated soils and groundwater to the satisfaction of the <br /> California Regional Water Quality Control Board. In the <br /> event that Shell and the Board cannot reach an agreement on <br /> other means of remediation and . as a last resort, new tanks <br /> and lines may be removed to access contamination beneath. the <br /> tanks . <br /> It is hoped that this will serve to expedite approval of the <br /> site assessment work plan submitted by Delta Environmental <br /> Consultants, Inc. <br /> Should further information be required, please contact me at <br /> the above address or via telephone at 1-800-451-2799. <br /> Your very truly, <br /> D.
