Environmental Health has no documents on the removal. 11/19/85 On this date three gasoline UST's were removed. Sol] and groundwater I samples were collected from the excavation.and analyzed. Gasoline was detected in soil and groundwater. Three new double walled USTs were reinstalled in the excavation. 08/15/89 The site was placed in the Local-Oversight Program and a Notice of Responsibility was sent to the responsible party on this date. 08//07/89- By this date 12 soil borings were completed and three of the borings were 09/15/89 converted into monitoring wells MWI, MW2 and MW3. 09/19/89 A Notification of Hazardous Waste Discharge was filed by EHD on this date. s i 11/22/89 Date of the Pretank Closure Assessment Report detailing the work performed in August and September 1989. 05/04/90 The three UST's that were installed in 1985 were removed on this date and contaminated soil was excavated and disposed off-site. Sol] and water samples were collected from the excavation for analysis. I 07/05/90 The three monitoring wells installed in 1989 were damaged during construction at the site so they were destroyed under EHD pen-nit and inspection on this date. y 08/16/90 Three replacement monitoring wells were installed on this date (M W-1 A, MW-2A and MW-3A). 11/20/90 Date of the Preliminary report and Tank Closure Report detailing the work 1 performed in 1990. 11/02/99 Date of the Cambria Environmental Sensiiive Receptor.5w-ve.y for the site. I 12/17/01 One CPT was completed in the area of:MW-1 to a total depth of 114 feet below surface grade on this date.
