Blaine Tech Services, Inc (Blaine) of San Jose, California gauged <br /> and sampled all site wells and prepared a summary table of field gauging data and laboratory <br /> analytical results These activities were coordinated with the Chevron service station located at <br /> 3775 Tracy Boulevard Cambria prepared a site vicinity map (Figure 1), and a groundwater <br /> contour/chemical concentration map(Figure 2) Cambria also prepared a graph (Figure 3) which <br /> is a plot of MTBE concentration in tank backfill well (BF-1) versus time Cumulative mass <br /> removed is also shown on the graph Blaine's report, which includes the laboratory report, is <br /> included as Appendix A Available well gauging data for the Chevron station is included in <br /> Appendix B <br /> Oakland CA <br /> San Ramon CA <br /> Sonoma CA Groundwater Remedwhon: Monthly groundwater extraction (GWE) using a vacuum truck <br /> Cambria began February 7, 2000 During May 2001 the frequency of GWE was increased to twice a <br /> Environmental month Between January 9, and March 20, 2002, a total of 20,950 gallons of groundwater was <br /> Technology, Inc removed from wells MW-lA and BF-1 As of March 1, 2002, the scope of work includes only <br /> Oerkins Street well MW-lA A summary of the volume of groundwater extracted at the site and an estimate of <br /> P 0 Box 259 <br /> Sonoma CA 95476 <br /> Tel(707)935-4850 <br /> Fax(707)935-6669 <br />
