GTI personnel conducted a groundwater monitoring event on August 2, 2011 and
performed sampling of the waste water treatment facility on-site. The results presented in
' this report are based on field observations and laboratory analytical data.
' Results include:
• The average elevation of groundwater at the site was approximately 67.55 feet above
mean sea level (AMSC).
' The gradient and bearing for groundwater was variable, which is consistent with
historical data.
• The average groundwater level was measured to have increased 1.35 ft from the May
' 3, 2011 event, and increased 5.21 ft from the 3rd quarter 2010(July 26, 20 10) event.
• Generally the concentrations of the various groundwater analytes showed minor
fluctuations this quarter with no significant increases or decreases occurring and the
' concentrations found are within the range observed thus far.
• Total Coliform Bacteria— was reported to be below laboratory reporting limits for all
monitoring wells with the exception of MW-3 (542 MPN/IOOmL).' Total Coliform has decreased or remained the same from the previous monitoring event in all other
wells and is within historical ranges.
• Fecal Coliform Bacteria was reported to be below laboratory reporting limits for all
' monitoring wells during the 3rd quarter 2011 groundwater monitoring event.
