According to the <br /> plan, up to 100,000 gallons per day of treated industrial wastewater with a biochemical oxygen <br /> demand concentration of 80 milligrams per liter or less will be transported by truck to the City of <br /> Manteca Wastewater Treatment Facility for final disposal. <br /> Regional Board staff agrees with the terms proposed by the City of Escalon and the City of <br /> Manteca. Therefore, the plan is approved, as described in the 24 September 2014 plan. <br /> Please note that the City of Manteca is responsible for compliance with their waste discharge <br /> requirements and this approval letter does not authorize violations of NPDES Order <br /> R5-2009-0095. <br /> Please submit hauling receipts with your daily e-mail updates.
