The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution <br /> Control District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Functionality test—Already tested- passed <br /> 3. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for <br /> approval prior to commencing work.
