DTSC notified you in <br /> an April 3, 1996 letter that the workplan does not meet DTSC' s <br /> Quality Assurance/Quality Control requirement for soil gas and <br /> groundwater sampling. Additionally, the proposed scope of work <br /> will not help identify the lateral and vertical contamination on <br /> and off the Guild property.
