Maintenance of the PID or OVA field instruments to <br /> be used are not mentioned. <br /> Page 15-1, Section 15. 0: Corrective Action. The last <br /> paragraph should read that changes to the SAAP or QAPjP that <br /> could significantly affect the data should additionally be <br /> approved by the Department. <br /> comments and Recommendations <br /> This workplan should not be approved until quality assurance <br /> objectives are provided.
