Proposed Bunker Sealing Procedures. <br /> A. Bunker will be filled two—thirds full of water to prevent "floating" <br /> out of the ground during the wet season. <br /> B. The three external openings into the bunker will be sealed with <br /> reinforced concrete. <br /> I . Concrete will be a minimum of 5 inches thick. <br /> 2. Concrete will be a 5 sack mix. <br /> 3. Re—bar will be }" on 8" centers. <br /> C. The "old" metal pipes leading into the bunker through the south and <br /> west walls will be sealed as follows: <br /> I .
