r <br /> CENTRAL VALRY REGIONAL WATER QUALIOCONTROL BOARD <br /> INSPECTION°REPORT <br /> DISCHARGER: Lockeford Community Services District <br /> LOCATION & COUNTY: Lockeford, San Joaquin County <br /> CONTACT(S): Joe Salzman, District Manager <br /> INSPECTION DATE: 7 October 2004 <br /> INSPECTED BY: Tim O'Brien/CVRWQCB <br /> ACCOMPANIED BY: <br /> OBSERVATIONS AND COMMENTS: <br /> The wastewater treatment system appeared to be generally well operated and maintained. No violations <br /> of the Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) were observed. No odors were noted at the ponds or land <br /> application area. <br /> The following observations were made during the site inspection: <br /> • All wastewater is being discharged from the headworks to Pond A. Surface aerators were installed <br /> in the pond, some of which were operating. No odor was noted in the vicinity of the pond. <br /> • The freeboard level in all ponds was acceptable (at least two feet). <br /> • In general, the levees were in good condition at the time of my inspection. <br /> • The off-site storage pond was in good condition with minor plant growth along the berms. <br /> • The reclamation area was in good condition. Wastewater was not being applied to the reclamation <br /> area. Fences in the application area appeared to be in good condition. <br /> SUMMARY: <br /> The wastewater system appeared to be in good condition. <br /> Timothy R.
