Box Z
Lockeford, CA 95237-002
REQUEST FOR REPORT OF WASTE DISCHARGE, LOCKEFORD COMMUNITY
SERVICES DISTRICT, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY
On 7 June 2000, you requested information on the requirements for a Report of Waste Discharge
(RWD). The information was requested because the Lockeford Community Services District
(CSD) is anticipating increased wastewater flow as a result of development in the Lockeford
area. You explained that the Lockeford CSD is also interested in obtaining more acreage for
additional wastewater reclamation.
To initiate the Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) process, please submit an RWD. The
RWD consists of the enclosed Form 200 and a technical report that will serve as your response to
Sections VI and VII of Form 200. The technical report must, at a minimum, address all items
listed on the enclosed sheet entitled "Additional Information Requirements" and must be
prepared under the supervision of a registered civil engineer. The RWD shall also include any
additional information required to explain the site specific processes. Because the Lockeford
CSD is already paying an annual fee, there is no additional fee associated with the RWD
submittal.
We have not specified a due date for the updated RWD. You may submit it at your convenience,
but please note that it can take up to four months fi-om receipt of a complete RWD to adoption of
WDRs. Please call me at (916) 255-3116 if you have any questions regarding this request for a
RWD.
TINAOT Y R.
