Copies of manufacturer cut sheets for all components used, including but not limited to: <br /> tanks, piping, monitoring equipment, spill containment devices, overfill protection <br /> devices, dispenser pans, penetration fittings, along with documentations showing third- <br /> party testing that meets California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Section 2631(b) <br /> requirements. <br /> 2. Installation instructions for the Containment Solutions tanks. <br /> 3. A completed work plan, separate application permit and fees for ELD installation and <br /> testing. An application is enclosed with this letter. <br /> 4. Three revised pages of Work Plan sheet# M.5.3.08 that reflects the correct size of the <br /> UST and deadman in section "Notes: UST Anchoring", item #4. <br /> 5. Three revised copies of the relevant pages of the Work Plan that reflects the correct <br /> overfill prevention method for the USTs. Sheet# F1, section "Scope of Work" item F <br /> indicates drop tubes to shut off at 95% tank capacity, sheet# M.5.3.01, item #41 <br /> indicates a straight drop tube OPW Model #61T. Drawings on sheets # M.5.3.03 and <br /> M.5.3.04 shows straight drop tubes and sheet#M.5.3.04, section "Notes: UST <br /> Installation", item #15 indicates the use of an overfill alarm set at 90%. <br />
