Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Thuy Tran at(209)468-8257 to arrange the following inspection appointments <br /> (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). <br /> a. Removal of tanks and piping <br /> b. Oversee soil and/or water sampling <br /> c. Verify Tank ID numbers are marked on the USTs <br /> 4. If the removed backfill material and soil is found to be contaminated it must be disposed <br /> of at an approved disposal location. Treatment of soil onsite can only be performed <br />
