The Port has now compiled four quarters of
ground water monitoring data. Utilizing the referenced data,it is the Port's intention to conduct an industry
standard risk assessment, which would allow the Port to establish the low and acceptable level of risk posed by
this site to human health and the environment. Toward that intention, the Port would like to meet with you to
discuss the above in more detail in the next couple of weeks.
In closing, the Port would like to thank you for your continued spirit of partnering and cooperation. If
you have any further questions, please contact Mike Luksic of my staff or me at 209-946-0246.
Sin ely,
G
ay angiri,M.S.,REM,REA
Director of Environmental and Regulatory Affairs
JRJ/r1k
Enclosure
CC: Mr.Richard Aschieris,Port Director
Mr. Gordon Palmer,Deputy Port Director
Mr.Mark Tollini,Deputy Port Director
Mr.Gary Gentry,Director of Facilities Maintenance and Construction
Mr.Mike Tyler,Operations Manager
Mr.Tim Loveland,Facilities Maintenance and Construction Manager/Safety Officer
Ms. Charlene Wall,Property Management Coordinator
Mr.Mike Luksic,Environmental Specialist
Ms.Margaret Lagorio,Supervisory RENS,SJCPHS/EHD
W.Phillip Ross,R.G,Geomatrix Consultants
f
w1trust site3 gtrA.doe
Post Office Box 2080 • Stockton, CA • 95201-2089 • E-mail: portmaiK9stocktonport.com
Administration Office: 2201 west Washington Street • Stockton, CA • 95203 • N-vcbPage:wwwportofstockton.com
