This resolution directs the Regional Water Boards and LOP (Local <br /> Oversight Program) agencies that oversee the UST (underground storage tank) Clean Up <br /> Program to reduce quarterly groundwater monitoring requirements to semi-annual or less <br /> frequent monitoring at all sites unless site-specific needs warrant otherwise. <br /> The above subject site is currently listed with the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department (EHD) LOP program.
