Based on information included in the Addendum, the EHD <br /> approves the modifications to the proposed monitoring well designs (screen length of 10 <br /> or 15 feet maximum), adherence to Technical and Regulatory Guidance for In Situ <br /> Chemical Oxidation (ISCO) of Contaminated Soil and Ground water, Second Edition, <br /> prepared by the Interstate Technology & Regulatory Council (ITRC), and testing for the <br /> analytes required by the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> (CVRWQCB) to evaluate for waste discharge requirements (WDR) as part of the bench <br /> scale test (BST) for soil and ground water treatment using ozone and an <br /> ozone/hydrogen peroxide mixture ("perozone"). <br /> The clarification included in the addendum to conduct a bioremediation study at the edge <br /> of the dissolved petroleum plume is adequate and also approved.
