i • � <br /> 6.3 SITE SAFETY OFFICER <br /> The Site Safety Officer (SSO) shall: ' <br /> 1 Ensure that appropriate personal protective equipment is available on-site for ' <br /> B&R personnel <br /> ' r r' ' <br /> 2 Observe contractor's health and safety procedures. If contractor's personnel do <br /> not have appropnate protective equipment to perform work within the (SSP) ' <br /> standards, the SSO shall consult with the PM or PHSD before proceeding with <br /> the work ' <br /> 4 Maintain and calibrate monitoring equipment utilized on-sate as frequently as ' <br /> necessary <br /> 5. Report accidents, incidents or inadequate work practices observed involving <br /> B&R personnel or subcontractors to either the PM or the PHSD. <br /> 6.4 PROJECT PERSONNEL ' <br /> Project site personnel shall. ' <br /> 1. Take all reasonable precautions to prevent injury to themselves and to their ' <br /> co-workers <br /> 2 Perform only those tasks that they can do safely, and immediately report ' <br /> accidents or unsafe conditions to the SSO.
