These
excavations are not only an inconvenience but a hazard and I do not feel that
it is Falcon Energy Associates responsibility that these excavations are
properly documented. Falcon took the iniative earlier to have the
excavations and the soil piles sampled in order to speed closure of the
site.
I have spoken to you numerous times during which you expressed the intention
to come out personally and review the site. As you have not made any indication
that your arrival will be forthcoming, I am prepared to initiate closure of
the excavations based on the sample analyses. In deference to your interest
in the project, I am allowing six (6) working days for you to come inspect
the site before proceeding with closure. I have enclosed copies of the
laboratory results for your benefit.
Sincerely,
Patricia Kiesel ,
Vice—President, General Manager
Falcon Energy Associates
PK/cm
Enclosures
P.O.
