APR 2 4 .2000 <br /> RE: PORT OF STOCKTON Site Code: 1237 <br /> PORT RD 21 AND M <br /> STOCKTON CA 95201 <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) <br /> received written concurrence from the California Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board (CVRWQCB) for closure of the above referenced site on March 28, 2000. <br /> Three Monitoring Wells (MWs) remain at the site and must be destroyed under permit <br /> and inspection by PHS/EHD. Please submit a Monitoring Well Destruction Work Plan, <br /> yen-nit application and $60.00 permit fee to PHS/EHD by May 18 2000. <br /> Once the MWs have been destroyed, a"No Further Action" letter will be prepared by <br /> PHS/EHD.
