3.0 PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> 3.1 SITE LOCATION <br /> I <br /> The site is located within the Port of Stockton complex, in the City of Stockton, California. <br /> - II <br /> 3.2 SITE HISTORY <br /> The Port of Stockton has removed six underground storage tank(s) at two locations (Sites 3 and <br /> 5) on the Port of Stockton complex.
