If serious injury or life-threatening condition exists call <br /> 911 for: <br /> O Fire Department <br /> O Police <br /> O Ambulance <br /> Be ready to clearly describe the location, injury and conditions to the dispatcher. <br /> Allow the dispatcher to lead the conversation and follow their instructions. <br /> Designate a person to direct emergency equipment to the area. <br /> 4. Evacuate other on-site personnel to a safe place until it is safe for work to resume. <br /> 7. File an Incident Report within 24 hours. <br /> 8.
