The following issues
shall be addressed in an addendum to the study.-
1.
tudy:1. The report failed to identify the underground fuel storage tank that was removed in 1986
(PR0504409). Development Title 9 Section 905.12 (a) requires an evaluation of all point
sources such as fuel storage tanks, septic systems and chemical storage areas.
The following conditions will apply to this subdivision prior to final recordation of the tentative parcel
map:
1. The site map indicates the new lot line will cross over the existing septic system for the mobile
home. Development Title 9 Section 872.2 (b) requires that the new lot line will not encroach
on the required areas for wells, septic tanks, or leach fields. Open, pump, and backfill this
septic tank under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department before the
recordation of the final map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-
1110.4).
If you have any questions please contact Aaron Gooderham, Environmental Health Specialist, EHS,
at agooderham@sjgov.org or (209) 468-3442.
Michael Kith, REHS
Program Coordinator
CC: Dillon & Murphy
1868 E.
