CLOSURE SUMMARY FOR PORT OF STOCKTON <br /> "Port Rd.21/Washington and K" <br /> July 15, 1991-A 2,000 gallon Underground Storage Tank (UGT) was removed under <br /> inspection of San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division (EHD). <br /> August 5,_1991-Soil sample results evidence soil contamination beneath UGT (2.4 ppm <br /> Benzene). <br /> August 21 1998-Prop 65 and UAR completed. <br /> January 22, 1998-EHD sent site owner a"Notice of Responsibility Letter". <br /> July 15,1998-A Work Plan to investigate contamination at the site was approved by <br /> EHD. <br /> August 4, 1998-Two soil borings were advanced near the area of the removed UGT. No <br /> PID readings indicating contamination to 18 feet. Soil and water samples were analyzed <br /> (soil at 12 and 17 feet belolow surface grade) and were non detectable for contaminants <br /> of concern. <br /> October 13,1998-Began Closure Summary for site closure_ <br /> i <br />
