The Port and its consultant, <br /> Boyajian and Ross(B&R),appreciate your guidance and insightful comments regarding this phase of the project. <br /> The findings of these reports and the recommendations made by B&R clearly indicate that no further site <br /> investigation or remedial actions are necessary for both sites. Hence,the-Port requests that PHS/EHD provide <br /> closure letters to the Port for both sites. <br /> The port will be forwarding the subsurface investigation reports for sites 2,3,and 5 to you in the next few ! <br /> weeks.
