Two soil samples and one <br /> grabwater sample taken from bottom of UST excavation. <br /> 04/04/90 Received soil and grabwater sample analytical results. Soil samples are <br /> non detectable for petroleum hydrocarbons. Grabwater sample analytical <br /> detection of TPH-g at 84000 ppb, benzene 80 ppb, toluene 110 ppb, <br /> ethyibenzene 320 ppb and xylenes 1300 ppb. UAR 90-U38 and Prop 65 <br /> 90-082 filed today. <br /> 03/08/95 Site prioritized as part of agency file prioritization. <br /> 11/06/95 Notice of Reimbursement mailed to responsible party today. <br /> 03/25/95 Review of file by PHS/EHD concluded that the presence of <br /> contamination in the grabwater sample with confirmation of no <br /> contamination in the soil beneath the UST indicates that the water in the <br /> UST excavation was contaminated with petroleum hydrocarbons during <br /> the UST removal. <br />
