We
have attempted for the past three months to get their permission to remove this well to no
avail. The time has come for the County to pressure them.
I am requesting that you contact them and try to explain the importance of this
closure. Our contact at Target is Tom Dawson, 1000 Nicollet Mall, TPN-12H,
Minneapolis, Minnesota 55403. His telephone number is (612) 761-8207 and his e-mail
address is tom.dawson@target.com I am also enclosing copies of all our correspondence
with Target since August 4, 2010.
We are ready and willing to do the work, but need their blessing. Thanking you
in advance for your assistance.
Respectfully,
AKF DEVELOPMENT, LLC
By
E.
