I apologize for the delay in this work being <br /> performed. However, the word that such work was a <br /> p � requirement did not reach me until <br /> we spoke several weeks ago. <br /> Home Capital will immediately proceed to file the required application (and pay the <br /> required fees) with your office regarding elimination of the well located at Savanna and <br /> Bluegrass. Home Capital has already requested bids related to this work, which will be <br /> completed after HSD approval of the application. The other monitoring well, located at <br /> Val Pico and Tracy, will be eliminated by Warmington Homes, who is scheduled to close <br /> -on-July 3 =on-the-purchase of the tract on wbich-the_welI_is_located. Warmington assures <br /> me that it is their intent to follow all HSD requirements in expeditiously eliminating the <br /> well.
