(Geomatrix)has <br /> prepared this Second Draft of the Technical Approach to Site Evaluation and Decision-Making <br /> Old Valley Pipeline Sites - Central Valley Region, dated January 24, 1997. The revisions were <br /> based on your January 3, 1997 letter titled Comments on Draft Technical Approach Letter, <br /> Chevron Old Valley Pipeline Sites, Various Counties in the Central Valley Region and <br /> subsequent discussions between the Central Valley -Regional Water Quality Control'Board <br /> (CVRWQCB), CPL, and Geomatrix. <br /> Upon review of this document and final approval by the CVRWQCB, CPL will submit the <br /> necessary technical documents outlining the specific strategies for incorporating the Technical <br /> Approach with respect to each Old Valley Pipeline site.
