The revised <br /> work plan was transmitted to your office by Chevron Pipe Line Company(CPL) on May 22, <br /> 1995. As per our phone conversation of May 15, 1995, two separate permits are being submitted <br /> by CPL - one for the work to be done on City of Tracy property, and another for the residential <br /> properties. Also attached is CPL check No. 2000005059 in the amount of$234.00 for the City of <br /> Tracy property and CPL check No. 2000003410 in the amount of$234.00 for the residential <br /> properties. <br /> An estimated 64 borings will be advanced to eight feet below grade - 31 on City of Tracy <br /> property and 33 on residential property. An encroachment permit from the City of Tracy and <br /> written authorization from each relevant property owner will be submitted to the SJC/PHS-EHD <br /> prior to implementing any field work. <br /> Your help on this project is appreciated.
