(Geomatrix). The revised work plan was
transmitted to the Central Valley-Regional Water Quality Control Board(CV-RWQCB)by CPL on
January 31, 1995. Also attached is the April 21, 1995 CV-RWQCB letter outlining the CV-
RWQCB's comments on the work plan and granting their conditional approval. Geomatrix is in the
process of drafting a response letter.
CPL would like to initiate the permitting process for this project. As per our phone conversation of
May 15, 1995, CPL will submit two sets of the San Joaquin Valley-Environmental Health Services
(SJV-EHS) "green" and"pink" forms;one set for work to be done on City of Tracy property(i.e.,
Alden Park and surrounding streets) and the other for work to be done on private properties. CPL will
obtain encroachment permits from the City of Tracy Department of Public Works and written
authorization from each relevant property owner. These documents will be submitted in order to obtain
drilling/well installation permits from your office.
Your help on this project is appreciated. Please contact Martin Bloes at 510/842-6855 or me at
510/842-6930 if you have any questions.
Sincerely,,
1 7
DOC,
MB:lw
TMB0106.DOC
Attachments
cc: David Jenkins-CV-RWQCB,w/o attachments
Karen Polyniak-Texaco Trading and Transportation, Inc., w/o attachments
Ned Butler- State of California Department of Toxic Substance Control, w/o attachments
Jill Jefferson-Geomatrix Consultants,w/o attachments
