Our in-house certified laboratory
analyzed samples from both wells using EPA Methods 601 and 602. FGL Environmental, a state
contract lab, analyzed samples from both wells using EPA Method 418.1 for total recoverable
petroleum hydrocarbons (TRPH), and EPA Method 8015M for total petroleum hydrocarbons as
diesel (TPH-D). Anlab, another state contract lab, analyzed samples from both wells using EPA
Method 625/8270 for semi-volatile organics. MW-09 had only a low concentration of naphthalene
(0.5 ppb), while all other compounds were not detected.
As we discussed in our phone conversation 28 March 1994 please send us all of your laboratory
results from this last round of sampling by 14 April 1994 and we will discuss lab results and
proposed site plans at our meeting scheduled for 21 April 1994.
If you have any questions, please call me at (916) 255-3054.
cl&Z4
DAVID E.
