1 <br /> at the corner of Tracy Boulevard and Beechnut Road and/or to <br /> 2 <br /> return or cause the return of this property to the condition <br /> 3 <br /> consistent with the residential nature of the area or to show <br /> 4 <br /> cause before this court at a time specified by court order why it <br /> 5 <br /> has not done so and why a peremptory writ should not issue; <br /> 6 <br /> 2. That on the return of the alternative writ and the hearing <br /> 7 <br /> of this petition, this court issue its peremptory writ of mandate <br /> 8 <br /> commanding the respondents to: <br /> 9 <br /> A) remove or cause the removal of the mounds of contaminated <br /> 10 <br /> soil which were excavated and then left abandoned; and to also <br /> 11 B ) remove or cause the removal of the concrete, pipe, and <br /> 12 equipment lying upon the undeveloped property at the corner of <br /> 13 Tracy Boulevard and Beechnut Road; and/or <br /> 14 <br /> C ) to return or cause the return of this property to the <br /> 15 <br /> condition consistent with the residential nature of the area; <br /> 16 and/or <br /> 17 <br /> D) to fashion another appropriate remedy consistent with the <br /> 18 rights and obligations of the parties hereto. <br /> 19 3 .
